8. A basic checkup for people over 30 years of age consists of blood tests (complete blood count, glucose, cholesterol, and triglycerides), a urine test, early detection of high blood pressure, and a general physical examination.
9. Basic dental plan consisting of: toothache, fractured, loose or forcibly pulled out teeth, periodontal abscess, gingival lacerations. IF CONTRACTED AS A BENEFIT: Holders only: amalgam fillings (3 per year), periapical x-rays, annual cleaning (prophylaxis), simple extractions.
10. Ambulance service in urban areas, only if medically required.

For non-covered conditions, flexibility in providing care through discounts for both studies and surgical or hospital procedures, whether for patients enrolled in the plan or for unenrolled family members. When the employee visits PRO-MED for the first time, they must present official identification with a photo (company badge, IFE ID, state ID, driver’s license, etc.).
